On Saturday 12th December, 2020 the members of UN Youth Seychelles enjoyed a Team Retreat. We got the chance to review projects implemented during the year, planned ahead for 2021 and learned more about each other through team-building activities. The members prepared well in advance for the Retreat by sharing their views on various topics through a Members Survey, whereby we determined priority projects, succession plans, external collaboration, what the 'new normal' means for us and our ways of working, top 4 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) the organisation would be focused on and which type of work each member enjoys more. This was also a way to end the year on a positive note by acknowledging the efforts of our members - a key driving force of the organisation!
