Best Participation Award: This Award is given to the partaker who participates the most throughout the workshop and also engages in a way that makes the workshop better for other participants through question answered, the questions asked and physical activities. The judges also pay particular attention to the quality of answers, examples given and personal / sensitive stories shared. The award is aimed to encourage maximum participation during the event and reward the person who displays the qualities mentioned above.
Silverlined Award: This Award is presented to the participant who has displayed most growth in the workshop. This can be seen through increased participation, attentiveness, sharing of views during the workshop and sometimes changed behavior. The award is aimed at promoting growth, development of one’s potential and acknowledging the positive change in the participant throughout the sessions.
